The process of purchasing your new Clayton Homes property will be a smooth one. We aim to make this experience as straightforward as possible.

From initial enquiry through to completion and moving in, our experienced Customer Care and Sales team provide comprehensive support and advice for you.

As a purchaser, you will receive regular updates to keep you fully informed on how your development is progressing and any key dates in the process from our sales department.

Access to view your property before completion can be arranged so that you can start to make plans and arrangements before moving in. On completion, our ‘snagging tour’ process enables you to inspect your property in detail, together with one of our Customer Care team .

Our detailed Welcome Pack, which you will also receive on completion, gives you an all-inclusive guide, including full details about your property and the site and easy-to-understand instructions, to help you get the most out of your new property.
Warranties

All our integrated appliance are covered with a manufactures 2 yr cover.

Ten Year Zurich Premier Cover
The industry regulated 10 year warranty cover is applicable to every apartment. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover will be supplied with your Apartment pack provided on your move in date.
